The Senate version of the bill doesn’t contain the Stupak Amendment, thereby assuring federally subsidized abortion coverage.
Douglas Johnson of National Right to Life cites the section and page number of the House version to prove it contains “The language that will allow direct federal funding of abortion, without restriction, in about 1,250 Community Health Centers.”
